Regaining The Smile |
“Community Service” is an important component of every Round Table. The Colombo Serendib Round Table 2 has embarked upon several community service projects over the years. The current projects are outlined as follows: |

SERENDIB VISION |
A Charity project providing vision to the visually impaired children. Since its launch, eye camps have been organized in Maho, Vavuniya, Chilaw, Colombo and other prominent areas. |

| Projects to Help the Blind Village |
|
|
|
|
• F.A.C.E. standing for “Fostering A Childs Education” is an initiative to fund children's education. Currently the project is focusing on providing monitory and school suppliers to Tsunami affected children who are studying at one of the 4 schools built by Round Table Sri Lanka under the “Regaining The Smile” project.
• The long term project seeks not only to finance but to provide moral support to the children and their families to ‘stand on their own feet' once again. |

REGAINING THE SMILE |
The Colombo Serendib Round Table 2's core drive for community service has been driven by “Prosperity though Education”. This underlying drive for prosperity though Education has resulted in Colombo Serendib Round Table 2 hole heartedly supporting and working with Round Table Sri Lanka to build Schools in the Tsunami effected areas to Regain the Smile of the children. |
